Bubbly/foamy urine no answers. Anyone?

I have had this for a year and a half. Went to see a kidney specialists a year ago and labs were normal. I also was just checked by my rheumatologist I see yearly since I have a positive ANA. This year my creatine was low and she said it was because I am low body weight and I keep hydrated. My urine continues to look crazy and nobody can give me a proper explanation. I have brought it up to my primary, kidneys specialist and Rheum. they act like I'm crazy for wanting to know why. Does anyone have benign bubbly foam when they urinate and it's just their new normal?

Yep I have this on and off ALL the time. So do my kids. Totally and utterly normal x

I don’t know why foamy urine happens, but when I have it, it tends to be when I haven’t peed in a while, so it’s more concentrated.

Another thing to be wary of, particularly if you’re using a public/office/hospital etc toilet is that the cleaning agents they use in the bowl can linger after flushes, continuing to cause foaming - this happens in the hospital I work at sometimes.
