I'm seeing a psychiatrist and I have ocd and possibly more issues but I can't say for certain.
This is a long post but I'm desperate and need any and all advice.
So for the past 2 years I've gotten a range of deja Vu symptoms. Some episodes are a second and I forget what it's even about. Some are normal and some are a minute long. I'm aware during these and the only symptoms that would sometimes accompany them are a burning anxiety in the stomach and tingling in the feet. (Now I did research on the epigastric rising for epilepsy and it doesn't seem to be a rising feeling. Plus I've had this same stomach and feet tingling symptoms whenever I feel any symptom that scares me. For example. My heart fluttered and my stomach and feet did the same thing. So I genuinely believe it's anxiety.)
However I'm also getting random flashes of old dreams and memories. I've had these for a few years. I've heard others have them as well so idk.
I also see flashes sometimes but I'm myopic and haven't had glasses in 10 years.
But one thing I've noticed is that ever since I've been obsessed with the deja Vu symptoms, I've noticed them more and I don't notice the flashes anymore. Then when I worry about the flashes I start noticing the deja Vu more.
My sleep schedule is terrible. I fall asleep at 8 am and wake up at 4 pm. I'm supposed to have a sleep apnea machine since 2018 but I can't afford one.
I do have severe health anxiety. I've been to ER over 25 times since 2017 and for all kinds of things. Heart failure, heart attack, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia concerns etc.
I'm now scared I have a brain tumor and I know realistically none of you can tell me that I don't have one. But I'm just trying to ask for any advice as I've been to the ER twice and they both times said it's anxiety and to follow up with a neurologist. I did go to the er in 2020 for a CT scan without contrast for my vertigo and brain zaps symptoms where I'd feel like I was going to faint as my head buzzed. but they said that ct was normal. My worries is what if it was small and they didn't see it? Especially without contrast. Plus I haven't had the deja Vu symptoms until only 2 years ago.
The earliest appointment is November 8th so im just sitting here waiting nervously waiting for myself to get a full blown seizure. I'm just so scared. I just am a mess and I can't stop worrying. I had another deja Vu an hour ago and I felt that anxiety in my stomach and feet tingling and I'm trying to remind myself I've had this before and it's not a rising feeling like with epilepsy but still I just can't stop worrying 😭😭
