A week ago, I noticed pain in my tailbone. It was during a Pilates class. It was definitely not there the week before because I would have noticed it during working out. In between those two classes, I had Covid where I sat a lot. And probably not with the best posture. Would this be enough to cause my tailbone to get injured somehow? Trying to not go down the cancer route. It aches and sitting causes it to hurt more. It’s not so bad when I just wake up.
