    Relationship OCD

As title says, I keep having fluxes of ROCD. It was focused on attraction and I'm now over that and now it's genuine do you love him/how do you know/does he love you? Thoughts relentlessly on a loop. It's the best relationship I've had in ages and I've no reason to feel this way. It's tiresome because even when I'm my usual affectionate self I'll convince myself I'm faking it. Please help.

If you haven’t already I’d probably post this in the OCD section. Good luck x

    Re: Relationship OCD

It's a tough one to answer. Giving people relationship advice is not easy.

Are you in a bout of OCD at the moment? Is your mental health wonky right now? If so, it's likely that. Work on solving that. You don't want to make rash decisions and regret them.

Otherwise, you could be having genuine doubts about the relationship. You've got to ask yourself what is causing these doubts. Having a discussion with him may be helpful. You, and he, deserve to be happy.

    Wishing you all the best.

    Re: Relationship OCD

No issues, he's great and I'm very happy. It's same pattern each relationship. I'll worry myself to point of driving them away, no real reason either or I'll get break up urges. This is first healthy relationship I've had in a long time hence why it's so frustrating and hurtful. Pattern goes see him, lots of fun lots of laughter, lots of love, go home, intrusive thoughts do you love him does he love you stress stress do we break up? No there's zero reason to. What if he's bored of you, what if you're bored of him. See him, everything melts away. Does it get any better?
