Why another thread for the same irrational worry?

I certainly wish it felt irrational to me but it for sure doesnt, it feels Very real and it’s throwing my into a rabbit hole, i cant barely function right now, i cant even take care of my own family because of the fear i have in me right now.

There ultimately isn’t anything we can say here that will reassure you I don’t think. I can only tell you that I’ve been exactly where you are now and I don’t have cancer. And I had some very tangible symptoms too. It’s horrible I get that. But you are FINE. Something in your brain isn’t working quite the way it should and it’s throwing you into these spirals and that’s what needs fixing so get yourself to your doctor to deal with that and I bet you anything your digestive issues will feel a lot better! If you don’t want to Google (and you shouldn’t) and you don’t want to go to the emergency room (which you also shouldn’t because I don’t think you’re actually having a medical emergency) I’m not sure what you want us to tell you. But listen to my story and look at all the very similar stories of all the people who’ve had exactly your fears and been totally fine. Your brain won’t always do this to you but you have to put in the work now to help yourself out of this hole. I missed time with my family due to anxiety and I’ll always do my absolute best to make sure I’m not in that position again. You can do that to. You’re FINE. Your brain is temporarily misfiring but that’s all that wrong x
