    The day after a panic attack

    How do you feel the day after a big panic attack?
    I've had two huge attacks in the past two days. (Due to dental issues and a visit to the dentist.) Now that's all over and I have nothing to worry about I suppose my mind is looking for something else....
    I feel exhausted and edgy, a bit breathless and some rapid heartbeats.
    Is this due to excess adrenaline over the past few days?
    Am I just looking for something else to worry about?

    I don't know if it's a good analogy, but if I get a bad migraine I feel kind of out of it for a few days before my mind gets back to normal. It's kind of like that with a panic attack, it takes a bit to feel back to normal. Do relaxation techniques and give it some time.

    I feel exhausted for a good few days after panic attacks...muscle aches, palpitations etc
    Im having a self care day today because of it....sofa, log fire, warm baths and herbal tea....a couple of brisk walks too and starting to feel better...hope you do too

    I have everything from digestion issues to needing to pee every few hours, to body aches, feeling tired, anxiety does a number on your body.

    Same here I feel like I've been in the ring with Mike Tyson after a panic attack and having them back to back was completely wiping me out

    Hi , i have wondered if something in your mind and body doesn't get addicted to the rush of the emotion and adrenaline, similar to an intrusive thought type thing.
