    High blood pressure reading... help

I meassured my blood pressure today at home, i did my best to relax 10minutes beforehand. Did it twice and both came out with 150/100.... that sounds so high.
I'm 35 and think i'm healthy. I've been to the doctor once before about this a few months ago, but he told me he wasn't worried because of my age. He didn't even check my heart, just said not to worry..
    What do i do now?

Yes, that's probably what i should do.. it just doesn't feel good knowing my blood pressure is high while relaxing at home. Now when i'm walking or exercising i feel like i'm a ticking time bomb..

I have high blood pressure. I’m 31 and was diagnosed with it at 27. It’s really not that bad, I promise you lol

If it’s high, simply get your doctor to confirm it with ambulatory monitoring. If it’s confirmed as high, take the blood pressure tablets religiously, don’t drink too much alcohol, exercise and lose weight.

I’m on Lisinopril and Amlodipine - I don’t even think about my blood pressure anymore. It’s very well controlled, so it’s no longer a “risk”

Thank you. I would prefer not to take medication unless nessecary, so i'm looking into how to lower blood pressure naturally. I took my BP reading at home today and again it was 150/100... problem is my GP wasn't worried last time but i kind of want to make a new appoinment since my BP hasn't gotten any lower in those past 6 months.
