Hello Everyone
I’m new here and posted my first post yesterday about anxiety with intrusive thoughts.
Today I thought I was doing alright. As soon as I woke up I got out of bed instead of lying there. As the morning has gone on I am feeling extremely anxious and am trying to ignore the thoughts. My husband has just come home from work so hopefully I will start to calm down
I just feel so frightened. Please any advice I will welcome with open arms
