Cardiologists are increasing coming to the view that the 60-100 bpm resting heart rate currently considered to be the normal range for adults is too high and the ideal range is really 50-70 so an upper 40s, low 50s rate is probably a good thing.

Also with it slowing I wonder about my qt.
Sertraline on its own is unlikely to affect the QT interval, but ask your doctor to run a ECG/EKG at your next appointment for peace of mind.
