    Triggered by a person

I fell in love with someone, but after a difficult journey and what seemed like insurmountable issues, they chose to move on.

In the process of justifying their actions, they sent a particularly hurtful message, and since then, I’ve noticed my anxiety intensifying to breaking point.

It has escalated to the point where I’ve now blocked them on social media because the thought of receiving any further messages is too triggering, though I’m aware they could still contact me through other channels.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? What tips or advice do you have for coping?

I've been through similar and I can say that time does make the hurt fade. There's no instant fix but give it time and you will feel better.

    All the best,

Thank you. I'm petrified of no contact. I still love her, and she claims to love me. But when we speak I feel horrendous.

Hurt and upset from a breakup is never easy the aching heart palpitations of how final a break up can be. You have a couple of options.

    1. Move on from her cut all ties and contact as if ripping off a plaster very hard but also doable

    2. She says she loves you still so is there more to the break is she been mean to keep you away for any reason?

    3. Give her space allow her time to miss you if you always message her she will get more frustrated, if you want her back be there if she decides to come back to you but don’t wait forever you have your own life to live also.

Hope you figure it out, hugs x
