    Inhaled yeast making dough

Im making bread and after I let the water and yeast set i opened the bowl and got a really strong smell of it and now my lungs feel kinda weird like i can still smell it. I don't think I actually inhaled any actual yeast, just the smell from the bowl. Should I be worried? It's active dry yeast if they helps

Bakers don't wear masks when cooking bread so why are you worried? How did this become a worry?
