Postmenopause lite pink spotting

Help needed! Anyone else postmenopause and have pale pink spotting and it turned out to be nothing? Seeing gyn tomorrow. Prior to this on and off for maybe 2 weeks been having clear discharge and pelvic pains like when I used to ovulate. Wiped yesterday and saw clear discharge with a pink tinge inserted a tampon, same thing...very small bit of lite pink just on the surface of the tampon. I have long standing health anxiety so I'm terrified. Been postmenopause for almost 2 years. Very scared...hope someone can offer reassurance regarding this...thank you!
