    Re-introducing myself after huge relapse.

    Hi everyone
Many, many years ago my anxiety levels were sky high. The users of this forum proved to be amazing at listening, offering advice and generally 'virtual hand holding'. I dipped in and out for quite a few years while recovering.
After much hard work, my anxiety calmed and I have been able to lead a pretty normal life.
Move forward at least ten years - suddenly, out of nowhere came two massive attacks which have absolutely floored me.
I am now quickly approaching 70 and becoming aware of my mortality, and so becoming much more aware of living a healthy lifestyle, which in turn seems to have triggered something in me.
I so want to be care free, relaxed and living in the moment.
