It is quite hard to diagnose so why do you think you specifically have it?

I’ve had those symptoms and for me it’s always gastritis. Pancreatitis is exceptionally painful as I understand it?

    Re: Pancreatitis

If I feel those particular things it signals gastritis for me. Pancreatitis is very painful and often accompanied by a fever and sickness. I think you’re fine and just need to wait this out- there are sooo many stomach bugs around at the moment and anxiety makes everything 💯 worse x

Pancreatitis is not subtle and you'd be in absolute agony, so nope, definitely not that.

    Re: Pancreatitis

My husband had Pancreatitis back in 2017. We had to call an ambulance because he was vomiting due to the amount of pain he was in. He was sweating and doubled over, never seen anyone in pain like that in my life. They gave him morphine in my house just to get him up out of bed. Basically his pancreas was so inflamed it was like internal burning, he was on 2 IV antibiotics and spent a week in hospital. Thankfully his was caused by a blocked gall stone so they whipped out his gallbladder and he's be absolutely fine ever since.
He was also starting to turn yellow due to the blockage - so yeah I reckon maybe a gall stone or gastritis.

    Take care! x
