    Weight loss woreies

    Ah power of intrusive thoughts.

I was 8 stone 9lb in June last year, I'd flux either way by a few lbs and now I'm 8 stone 4lb. Only difference is having a boyfriend and sorry for the crude, lots of s 3 x which is only thing I can think may account for it. No appetite change. I've had bad anxiety over this year and some days I've not eaten much but my brain just reminded me that weight loss = cancer so now this is worrying me. I'm female 5ft.

That is not dramatic weight loss. 5 lbs in 9 months does not indicate any illness to be honest.

5lb isn’t dramatic, any increase of activity or decrease of calories however small over that kind of period would lead to that very easily. And over 9 months if cancer related you’d be seeing more obvious symptoms than that by now. I wouldn’t worry honestly
