Ear pain jaw pain neck pain and tightness

Li thought what was an ear infection the doctor said he thought so to do have me antibiotics I've finished them and still have on off ear pain but the last few days I've had jaw pain and tightness going down both sides of neck and the back of neck , on off through the day, sometimes when I'm eating my jaw and neck feels tired if that makes sense , for years my jaw clicks constantly when I move it and when I eat, realistically it's probably tmj but my health anxiety is saying it's meningitis or a tumour or a brain tumour or cancer , I have a Dr app Tomo but can tmj really cause these symptoms

Yeah, I also have TMJ. I also clench my mouth during stressful moment and my dentist sees it and my teeth have worn down. Does that app help you?

She was surprised how much my jaw clicked when I opened and closed my mouth, I can't get into a dentist ATM but I'm going to ring the emergency dentist on Monday, does the back of your neck ache?

Yes I do have neck pain but it comes and goes. Good luck with the emergency dentist on Monday. To my knowledge there really isn't a good treatment pill that would help much with TMJ other than anti-inflammatory medication and a mouth guard for sleep time. The trouble is for me I have anything on my body for sleep time or else I initiate sleep, but you could try a guard and see. Yeah, we clench our jaw during stress and usually its gone the next day.
