Most need to take 30-45mg, however, at 7.5mg mirtazapine is a potent sedative so it may be enough to moderate your anxiety. The one problem might be that it is too sedating.

Thanks,yes the drowsiness is definitely more obvious on 7.5mg than it was on 15mg.

All the sedating antihistamines do that, although I think 7.5mg is probably the low limit.

Had Neuro tests today and have been diagnosed with Benign essential tremor and primary orthostatic tremor, advised to keep on with 15mg Mirt. plus 250mg Clonazepam up to 3 times a day during bad periods of tremor.
