Misused chemical spray all over my room

My mother came into my room when I wasn't home and sprayed Microban disinfectant spray in a circle around the air of my room to 'freshen it up'. Now I got home and she told me about it.
The instructions say:
That it is only supposed to be sprayed on a hard surface and washed off

• If it is sprayed on clothing by accident, the clothing should be washed before reuse
• That it is harmful to humans

I'm sure the spray fell all over my carpet and bed. I can wash the sheets, but not the carpet... I also see dots of dried up spray all over my things that was supposed to have been wiped off. There are only so many things I can wipe down now to clean off the spray.

I have no idea what to do. Health anxiety rarely affects me, but when it comes to chemicals I get terrified. I'm also really angry at my mother and trying to hold it in.

Any advice...?

I rolled up my carpet which is more like a rug, changed my bedding, wiped down just a few things, and took a nap. Feeling pretty calm about it now.
My carpet needs to be cleaned anyway, and I think I know how to do it.

Still feeling pretty bothered by this. Whenever I lean against the wall next to my bed I am conscious that the chemical spray is probably getting on me. Also I keep thinking of new places that the spray must have got on. I haven't done any cleaning since the my original post, though.

Do chemicals lose there potency over time?
Any advice appreciated
