Since about 2023 when I got my third covid vaccine, I noticed I had a swollen area near my base of neck/collar bone. It bothered me for a while, for example sleeping a certain way that squishes it could cause it to be sore, or touching it a lot. The pain goes into my shoulder, tip of shoulder and upper back shoulder blade area. I showed my doctor back in 2023 and I she really pressed on the area and felt it and said she doesn't feel a lymph node or anything. It stopped hurting me for a while there, and then this last weekend I slept a lot on the right side and I noticed again it's sore. Not sure if it's due to that or not, but the shoulder area is sore. I also had pain ON the collar bone, like the bone was hurting Thursday to Saturday when I pressed on it. Any idea what it could be? I;m worried there's a tumour growing inside.
