My name is Leandro, I’m originally from Italy but currently living in London. I decided to join this forum because I’ve been dealing with anxiety on and off for a while now, and it really helps to know there’s a place where people understand what that’s like.

Sometimes it’s hard to talk about this stuff with people who haven’t been through it — so I’m hoping to learn, share, and maybe even be helpful to others too. I’ve been reading some threads already and it’s comforting to see how supportive and open this community is.

Yes, you came to the right place, we are an understanding community and please feel free to get anything off your shoulders when u r ready. Yeah, it can be hard sometimes to talk to people that aren't dealing with anxiety and this is where this forum is so very helpful.
