Having a really bad day today

I’m having a really bad day today . I just feel like I don’t want to live like this anymore . I am twitching all over !! Everywhere and my whole body is aching aching and stiff. 6 years of utter hell and now I don’t see any way out of this

I'm sorry you're hurting - I do hope you will fine something to distract you away from what is troubling you. We are here even if 'the worse for the wear'. Be well as possible and keep writing if that helps you.

Thanks Sal. I honestly I’m not coping with life at all due to this worry . I’ve been crying non stop

I'm sorry to hear that - I hope today is better. Does crying help you release the pain at least?

Sometimes it does give a temporarily relief but then I have the fear I have a terminal neurological disease drops into my brain again and I spiral . I’ve been doing this for 7 years

So what tests have you had etc? What were the results?

I think you would be seriously ill after 7 years if it was serious.

I told my doctor not long ago . Had a total breakdown about how I was feeling I’m just being treated for anxiety at the moment .

I asked him about MND and he said “ it would have presented itself by now “

My whole body is in absolute agony this weekend it feels so stiff from my hands to my shoulders and feet it’s really awful . I don’t know what’s going on with me . I am sure this happened to me 2 years ago and it dissapeaeed . I just wish the twitching would stop . I know that I genuinely sound like a mad women . I’m just so lonely with no one to turn to .
