What's sadder is nearly 40 pages of posts over 13 years and nothing has really changed :( Granted, you've had several periods when the dragon gave you some respit but he still controls you when he wants to. You know the deal. Do something about it to help you manage him.

All my bloods are fine FFS, so what on earth could it be? Cancer? I can hardly keep eyes open. Have docs next week, it's been 5 days like this

What did they test for with your bloodwork? Fatigue can be caused by a lot of things, probably not cancer. Something viral, stress, nutrient deficiency, or some sort of hormonal imbalance would be my guess. I know here that hormones and nutrients aren't often screened for in routine bloodwork (at least not for me, as I know I've had to go back in to have it done).

I don't think it would hurt to bring up to your doctor. It is likely something totally harmless and normal. But if an increase in iron or something can fix it, there you go.

I can empathize with you - I have also been very fatigued the past couple of days. It's almost that time of the month, which sometimes does it for me.

I go through bouts of this as well. Stinging eyes, burning eyes, can barely keep them open sometimes from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to sleep and I could take 5 naps/day.
My GP once said it's normal in people with anxiety. She said you have to consider that your body is constantly fighting against this anxiety. That's also why I lost a lot of weight, which is why I went in in the first place. She said you are basically running a marathon every single day. And I'm going to keep repeating this until maybe one day you believe me: you don't have to feel anxious for your nervous system to still be on constant high alert. It wears you out!!!
I am convinced your fatigue comes from your anxiety. It's just one of a million symptoms this stupid mental illness can cause.

I just went to the doctor's and she was dismissive. Kept blaming iron stores even though tirdness started after I started taking tablets.
