    Fatigue...was doing so well

As you can see from my lack of posts, I've been doing better...struggling but better.

I've booked a private ENT app on Wednesday for the vertigo stuff. I also have a tummy scan on Wednesday to see if any issues there. However, for the last few days I've felt a lot more tired than usual cumulating in me really struggling to stay up at work today. I did it, googled, and now I'm scared..I have bloods tomorrow but the big C kept coming up. I'm now in a rut which in turn will make me aware of being tired and make it worse. Please help

There are a lot of things that can cause you to be fatigued - and anxiety is one of them. It's absolutely exhausting (and unsustainable) to stay in that hyper vigilant state all of the time. It's really no surprise.

Feeling unwell may also do it. I get nervous when I'm fatigued too, it sometimes happens around "that" time of the month for me, but when I remember that it's not abnormal it puts my mind at ease.

    Are you getting quality rest?

Thanks Poppy, I am so anxious.y bloods were all fine apart from Iron and Ferratin was 14. However I've had it lower and haven't felt like this. I've literally no energy and could sleep all day and night, I have such important bits to do at work and am struggling mentally to cope. The Ent App went well and I'm having an MRI for the ear but nothing to worry about. Just worried about this fatigue, feels like it will never go.

    Low Iron will cause that.

    and anxiety is draining too.

Yep, but had it before and never felt like this. I now have a bloody cold too haha. Went to GP yesterday and told to take iron twice a day but been doing that twice a week anyway. The app was useless although I do have a colonoscopy coming up for a a FIT reading of 10. I said probs from the haemorrhoid but she said it wasn't which is contrary to sources online. Anyway, is m tempted to take some propranolol...even though I am not v anxious as such just in case that's causing the extreme fatigue. Almost at the point of giving up. I am turning my teaching job chance down too

I had a virus 3 days ago but surely the build up couldn't have caused this fatigue lasting 2 weeks? I feel better today but went on a long drive and feel so exhausted again. I'm in tears and don't want to spiral

I'm still so exhausted...I got through work today but it's so hard. Just keep crashing.
Messaged Drs and all they said was that Iron can cause tirdness...well I know that but not this extreme

Please help, I just want to end it all at times. I am so tired...am going to ask for more bloods but been taking ferrous sulphate for a while and I didn't feel near this even when I had really low iron!! Work has been tough but not crazy! I had a few days where I was ok but since Friday I have been so bad. I thought having a drink would help yesterday but it didn't!
