Does anyone experience smells that aren’t actually there ? Particularly when waking or going to sleep?
Last night I woke and could smell grass (
No grass or windows open) and it lasted lotta second I then was going back to sleep and worry what I could smell and I smelt it again.
Then the other day I thought I could smell crisps for a split second.
I googled and wish I hadn’t.
My anxiety had been high these past couple months.
Anyone with experience of these smells?
