I've had mild to moderate IBS for many years, sometimes go a long time with no issues, then get months of grief from it. I'm mainly constipated rather than the other way. For the past 6-8 weeks I've been experiencing constant feeling of fullness in my lower right bowel (think it's probably around where small bowel joins large bowel). I seem to have a lot of trapped wind in there which doesn't easily pass. I can push on the area and it feels like it moves a bit, but has been constantly there except for the day that I did a proper bowel cleanse out (was back to feeling full again within a day). I only had a colonoscopy done 18 months ago and I know (from looking back at my old post here!) that I did complain of a similar thing before that. However I don't remember it being there permanently, irrespective of whether I've been to toilet or not. Does anyone else experience this? For most my time with IBS I predominantly previously had the pain and fullness in top left (splenic flexure). I'm just a bit worried whether this is something different and should be going back to gastroenterologist.
