Please help I’m freaking out. I had a headache so I took 2 (1000mg) of paracetamol then had a shower got out and was ment t to take 2 ibuprofen but accidentally took 2 (1000mg) again of paracetamol. So a total of 2000mg of paracetamol in half a hour. Am I going to be ok? I have bad anxiety atm so as you can guess I have very bad symptom

Quick look at the internet suggests you'll be fine, although you shouldn't take any more paracetamol today. No need to worry, okay?

You can have up to 4000mg a day, and that's a very low baseline limit for safety. One time I accidentally took 8000mg (8 x 1000mg) in a day thinking they were 500mg tablets. Now that's pushing the limit and is where the real danger zone is. I was fine.
Don't take any more today. Keep hydrated. You won't feel any ill effects, if you do it's highly likely it's the anxiety. Don't drink alcohol either, let the liver relax.
Call 111 if you're worried, I am certain they will just tell you not to take anymore and keep hydrated. It will give you some peace of mind.
