I’m new here and really hoping this forum can be a place of support for me. For the past few months, my anxiety and panic attacks have felt overwhelming — sometimes it feels like my chest is tightening and I can’t breathe, and the fear just comes out of nowhere. It’s exhausting trying to keep everything together while feeling like I’m constantly on edge. I joined because I don’t want to keep fighting this battle alone anymore. I know many of you have gone through similar struggles, and I’m looking forward to learning how others cope, what has helped, and maybe finding some reassurance that things can get better. Thank you for having me here — just writing this already feels like a small step forward.
