Toilet troubles!! Pls someone help!

I’ve noticed quite recently that when I have a bowel movement, two large balls come out of my bum, and only go when I stop pushing… I guess? They’ve been there a while now… but I can only feel them when having a bowel movement.. they’re not like grapes, or how I imagine piles to look like? They’re two large balls… is this something serious?

Wouldn’t say I was in loads of pain either!!! But I am worried it is the big C 😒 can’t stop worrying now!

It does sound like piles to me but a doctor could examine you and tell you for sure.

When you say "large", how big are we talking?

I don’t know really, I mean… not humongous… maybe the size of a 50p?

I always thought piles were in bunches of small lumps, but these are just the two together.

I am 31 weeks pregnant, so don’t fancy a GP prodding around there at the moment!

I can’t feel them between bowel movements either.

Could be something pregnancy related, but you do need to get this looked at, if only for reassurance.

Piles aren't always like the bunch of grapes you hear about, quite often they can be singular (personal experience).

It would also makes sense that they are piles as it can be common when pregnant. A doc would take 10 seconds to put your mind at rest.

Same. The one I recently had (external) was the size of a pea (garden, not petit pois)

Might as well have been the size of a grapefruit the amount of grief it gave me!

I thank my kids for mine. I never had piles before I heaved out my 8 and 10 pounders....
