Dcis treatment and now more breast worry

It's a longshot but I really hope someone can reassure me.
I had treatment for a high grade DCIS earlier this year. Lumpectomy and 5 sessions of radiotherapy. Since then my hyper vigilance is in overdrive. I was reviewed by my oncology nurse at the end of August. I showed her an area under my breast that is like a spot. I've had it before and after a while white sebum comes out and then the area returns to normal. She didn't seem concerned and told me it seemed more like a skin concern than a breast cancer concern. Since then it came to a head after some exfoliation and a shower. A LOT of white sebum came out. Of course I squeezed it to try to get it all out. Now it is really inflamed and I regret squeezing but I just couldn't cope with it. Everytime I felt it it gave me a fright because it felt like a lump. I think there may still be a little bit of sebum still there but I'm not touching it. I'm concerned by how red it still is and it looks like there's another one forming just beside it. I'm now thinking Inflammatory b.c. Even though I've had this issue before, long before my early breast cancer journey. I'm really struggling. I was at the breast clinic early August for another concern but I forgot to mention about this little bump. I think the doctor should have seen it though as it was starting to form again.
I'm worried it's inflammatory and I've just made it worse or made it spread.

Hey pearly, sorry you're going through this, it's absolutely understandable you'd be anxious in this situation

Inflammatory breast cancer doesn't show up as a sebum filled spot, it's usually a continuous patch of skin that is red and thickened. I've not seen sebum coming out of a red spot as a symptom of inflammatory bc (and believe me I've googled it a fair bit). I have a deep pore next to one of my nips that fills up and that I squeeze goop out of at least once a month, could it be something like this? It does sound like this is a spot or cyst close to the surface, especially if you've experienced it before.

I think it's perfectly ok to go speak to your doc about it though, as you've experienced BC before and are understandably on edge. It can't harm to discuss it, for your own peace of mind X

Thank you. It did go away eventually and now I'm just back to worrying about my breasts in general. Pain of any kind, checking for lumps (obsessively). I'm trying to remain rational but it's so hard after the year I've had!
