Worried I had a transient Ishcemic attack!

I have been quite stressed out for the past month, had a terrible migraine two days ago and had to sleep all day, now today Ive got a headache again and worried about it. I was just on the phone to someone and suddenly I couldn't say a word - my brain totally glitched and I couldn't even think of how to stay it then I remembered and continued fine but it scared me so I googled it and it said it could be a TIA! I over reach all the time so don't want to take myself to ER for nothing but has anyone had one and does this sound like one?

I had one and believe me you would know.
What you have explained is common with anxiety and sometimes with migraine.

Thank you - my understanding is it isn't a quick glitch but something much longer and you don't just get a jumble of words correct? it just felt weird like my mouth stopped talking and I was just trying to form a sound - but it left quickly, but still felt like confusion on how to speak all of a sudden!

I mean, this is me on a good day...

Like Carn says, it's brain fog.

Not a good idea to engage with Dr Doom (Google)

Hey, it’s always safest to check with a doctor, even just for peace of mind. Don’t wait if it happens again.
