Shaky, Vibrating, Eye, Vision

I couldn't find much about this on the forum.
Shaky or vibrating in the vision. Feels like the eye is jumping up and down or objects are jumping up and down. Well everything you look at is jumping.
Lasts for only for a few seconds.
In one eye only.
A new thing for me and freaking out
Anyone else had this?

I have, Carn, and the doc said it's due to my inner ear issues...

Thank you Nora, that would make sense because of my recent sinus issues. There's a nerve twitching right in the corner of my eye close to my ear.
But jeez, it's scary when it happens.

Hi how are you feeling now? I’ve been getting this on and off, I think it’s anxiety although I do have a build up of ear wax and I’ve read this can cause it too. It’s a strange feeling that often causes my anxiety to sore. I’m sorry it’s making you feel horrible. I’m trying to ignore it when it happens to see if it happens less but I hope it goes away once I’ve have my earwax removed.

I've still got it and more often. It's more of a shimmer shake now. Every time I rush to the mirror to look it's gone. It's only for a few seconds. But I did catch sight of nerve to the corner of my eye, near my ear, pulsating.
I've got issues with my ears at the moment due to my sinuses so I'm believing it's that causing it.

Still getting the eye twitching, shaky eye thing.
I can now see it's a nerve running along the bottom of my eyelid which sits against the bottom of my eye causing the shimmering vision. It disappeared for a few days and now it's pretty constant.

Hi, I’m sorry you’re still dealing with this. I try to tell myself if something goes away it’s usually down to anxiety and it’s best ignored so it goes away completely. Easier said than done I know as I still have my dizzy/swimmy head on and off to the point that I don’t even know how I feel when it happens anymore.

It’s so hard to ignore when it’s your eyes.
Stress, caffeine, eye strain and a ton of other harmless things can all cause twitchy eye nerves, I hope it settles for you soon.

It seems to be more prominent when I'm relaxing and that's a sure sign it's down to anxiety.
I went through a period of of a swimming /lightheaded head just weeks ago. I wasn't sure if it was sinuses, migraine related or anxiety. It got the point where I was accepting it to be there, then one day it wasn't.
I still don't know what caused it.

It’s rubbish isn’t it?! Mines been going on for so long now it’s bounced from one symptom to another. I don’t tend to get it when I’m at home or when I’m busy so again to me that says anxiety, then just when I except it the what if thoughts start intruding… what is it’s not just anxiety.. what if it’s something serious… and I go round in circles again. I might end up going and speaking to my dr next week just in the hope it might help me relax a bit because this is exhausting.

Eyes are a horrible thing to worry about because unless you’re going to close your eyes all day you notice everything and it’s hard to take your mind off it.

Not easy to stop the spiralling.
Even though I've had anxiety for over 10 years (probably most of my life) I still think the worst from the feelings.
