Hope you’re ok love. This doubting is just a symptom of HA, most of us suffer with it and it’s horrendous when not even an expert can comfort you. Hoping for a break in your worry soon!

Thankyou still very anxious and constantly worrying if it happens again scared to have intercourse just in case this really is no way to live ��
