Students researching anxiety & mental health apps (3-min anonymous survey)

    Hi everyone,
We're a small team of students doing research for a course. We're trying to understand the real-life experiences people have with anxiety and the digital tools meant to help.
We see a lot of "wellness" apps out there, but our research suggests many can feel generic, repetitive, or just don't help when you're actually feeling anxious.
We want to learn from you:

    • What actually helps you cope with anxiety?
    • If you've used apps, what did you like or dislike?
    • What's missing from the tools available today?

To help us learn, we created a 3-5 minute anonymous survey. Your answers will help us understand the real problems and hopefully design something more supportive.

The survey is completely anonymous. At the end, there's an optional section to sign up for a brief 30-minute follow-up interview if you're open to sharing more. Your insights would be incredibly valuable.
Thank you for your time and for helping us build something better.
P.S. We are not selling anything! This is purely for our student project to understand the problem more deeply.

    Hi

This is just a courtesy reply to let you know that your post was moved from its original place to a sub-forum that is more relevant to your issue.

This is nothing personal - it just enables us to keep posts about the same problems in the relevant forums so other members with any experience with the issues can find them more easily.
