House plant safety

So a recent cut on my finger has made my brain go into overdrive. When I cut my finger I (stupidly) googled if tetanus can be in your house. I learned it can be in dust and soil. I have like 100 house plants that I have had for years and now im scared they could all be harboring deadly bacteria. I love my plants but im ready to throw them all in a pile and burn them.

For the record, I have had mold in my house plants but there is chemical you can buy to take care of that.
