What would be the best time of day to take the daily dose? Just wondering in case it would make me drowsy - or would that last all day anyway?

Hi
I used to take it in the evening, just in case, it did help me sleep I think, but that was when I'd just started taking it. Once it's really established in your system (usually around 6 weeks) you really shouldn't feel any notieable effects anyway.

I've spoken to my Doc again, says morning too.
thanks
I take mine in the morning, but I'm always knackered.
Take mine in the morning, Every medication has a "half-life" but with Sertralines it takes 23 hours to get out of your system. Unlike prozac that takes 7-14 days. If it makes you drowzy you can take it at night. But if it doesn't take it in the morning.
No matter what anyone says to you, as long as you are yourself, you are considered normal.
