Dr David d Burns feeling good handbook

Hi everyone, I've discovered this self help book in the library and wondered if anyone else has tried using it, it seems to be covering an awful lot of the headings ie: panic/depression/ocd/social phobias/general phobias etc etc, as I'm new to nmp I thought I'd ask, I am finding it quite useful up to now and would appreciate any feedback. thanks Liz

    Hi Liz,

I haven't read this book, but it is on the recommended reading list on the left.

I have this book Liz. I found it more for people who needed a self-esteem boost and not as good as Claire Weekes.

It was worth a read though.
