    Happy New Year Everyone

My New Years resolution is the same as last years - to try to reach out to help and support people and in return hopefully make new friends as it was this philosophy that changed my negative outlook and helped me to overcome my worst times when I felt so ill, alone and in need.

Wishing everyone a Happy Healthy New Year.

Happy New Year Bill and all at NMP.

I am giving up drinking and the Wii for my resolution, this sudden urge just came over me, as I feel as rough as hell and every muscle in my upper body is killing me.

That's what happens when you have too much alcohol and a bunch of grown men trying to out-do each other on a computer console.

For the record, I won the boxing, bowling and the golf and don't let them tell you any different

Fingers crossed we all have a better 2008

Happy New Year to you Bill and everyone else, especially Nicola for being here for all of us.
Bill, you have helped me with my guilt problem and helped me see the perfectionism that I can't attain, so now I can see my limitations realistically and strive not to expect too much of myself. Looking forward to more wise and considered words from you in 2008. cheers, Sagey.
