    hi lucky

know that slogan as well, lol

still i hope your not being negative towards yourself, working, looking after your own kids, yourself, house, helping your mum out - its not exactly doing nothing. not everydays the right day, hope your well.

    Thanks Andrew,

To be honest I'm struggling. v. tired
and i can't help feeling overwhelming pity and sadness for my mum even though it is self inflicted (think it is probably worse)

Not to worry though things have to get better soon. one way or another

    Thanks
    Lucky

Hi Lucky - It so very easy for everthing just to get on top of you - this is how my panic attacks and anxiety started. As andrew quite rightly stated, don't forget to take care of yourself - its sometimes hard to think like that especially when you have other, pssibily more pressing issues.

Stay positive Lucky - you have the right name anyway!!!!!

    Take care all

    Hiya
Im one of the ones that subscribes to the 'I will do it tomorrow' idea.
I lay in bed some nights thinking how good i feel and how tomorrow i will:-
    go to the shops
    look for a job
    do the garden
    etc

then comes the next day and i feel a tiny bit shakey and convince myself i cant and that i will 'do it tomorrow'
    daft eh?
    love Sarah

    hi lucky
    Know what you mean.
Im well aware that im wasting my life away but havent got much of a drive to do something about it.
I think positive as much as i can and plan wonderful things but sometimes i just cant manage to carry them out.
I sound like a right muppet but i really have made so much progress i shouldnt moan but of the end of the day, im sick of myself too!
    love sarah
