Today I had one of my greatest successes yet. I went to London, took 3 trains and 4 underground journeys. I took my daughter shopping in Harrods and also in Regent Street. We went to a big american store which was dark, loud, hot but I managed it with no anxiety at all. I'm now home with a large glass of red wine and relieved it's over but hey, we did it.

Thanks guys. Not much Star LOL - some really cheap christmas decorations in Harrods and my daughter mugged me in Abercrombie & Fitch!!
