Hiya
been doing CBT since september now and i can honestly say.........................................i'm no different . I understand my anxiety better and i can see where it all leads BUT i'm no different. You ask me how anxiety effects the body and i know the answer. Negative thought patterns .......no problems. I have pie charts & diagrams, lots of literature. I've read the book, seen the documentery and worn the tee shirt (bloody good i look in it too ). I am actually thinking of becoming a CBT therapist.
BUT I still check and google and worry. I have had the will power to quit smoking & loose weight but not stop 'the checking'.
I am offically a lost cause.
