Can anybody offer any advice on stopping the need to ask for constant reassurance like "Will i be ok" "Is this wrong with me" and going on about myself all the time?

What relaxing methods work best for this? I don't get anxiety as much now just the worrying is still around and I'd like to get rid of this...

I sometimes feel a bit tense aswell..so whats the best thing to do to stop that? So far I try and focus my mind on other things and it helps but are there any other solutions?
