decided to lie low for a while

Hi all, i have decided to take time out from the forum for a little while. my anxiety is sky high at the moment and the forum has helped but reading posts about neurological problems and strokes and post by deluded has not helped one little bit ( nobodys fault, nobody made me read them) i seen a cpn this morning and good news, i have to go to anxiety group sessions and will see a cpn twice a week. so i will have a lot of support and that is what is needed. This seeing a physchiatrist every 3 months is not enough. i am hoping this will be the year for me.i thank everyone who has replied to my posts and have been helpful. thanks a lot sheree. take care all.x

im sorry to hear you wont be here for a while but i wish you all the best. You are sounding positive about the future which is the biggest hurdle and i am sure you will soon start to see some progress. Thankyou for the chats and advice you have given me.
