todays sympton is tingling in my hans shoulders and neck, which i have had before and read the previous posts, also i feel quite tight around my mouth like i am grimacing(sp?) as i have posted before i am now on paroxetine after being on citalopram without a break, is this a normal side effect or another sympton of anxiety? don't really want to go back tLongieo my gp again

It is normal side effects of anxiety I am afraid. Practice breathing and this will ease it.

Hi like Nic says it is a normal side affect to anxiety.

It will take time to accept all the side effects of anxiety then you can see what happens and makes you feel worse or better.

for me, its something that i havent experienced. But i know its something that is quite common. It could go with time. keep us posted
