    liquid multivitamin

    Does anybody know of a good liquid multivitamin supplement?

    Hi Bet,do you want this because you can't take tablets/capsules, same as me ? I think you'll find that many of the liquid multi-vits are formulated for under 12's and the elderly and are equally useful for adults who have a problem with pill taking. Take a look around for the best known names and then see if Boots or Superdrug do their own version which will be cheaper. Hope this helps.

    Thanks sagey I will have a look around. I hate swallowing tablets/capsules.
    Reminds me of all the antidepressants etc was tried on and the side effects!

    Hi Bet
    A friend gave me a bottle of Minadex. It's an orange flavour tonic with vitamin A & D plus iron. Says on the label builds up children fast but is for adults too. I don't eat too well and have lost weight but appetite has got better since taking this. Hope it helps
    I don't do tablets either
