There has been a lot of publicity in my area about a new book written and a website created by a Professor Roger Baker - Researcher and Clinical Psychologist who works for the NHS.
I have had a look at the website and have found it very interesting. There is a lot of information including about the causes and treatments of Panic Attacks.
