Pupils going mad

Does anyone else find that when they are having a panic moment or head strain that there pupils go a bit crazy? mine seem to flicker from small to dilated! scary

i'm the other way round

if i feel funny or get panicky, i check my pupils-if they are normal i feel ok (or i neither panic more or less then before i checked them) but if they are massive, it sends me into a blind panic. i dont know why i do it or whan i think it means but someone once told me that when your pupils dilate it means your heart is tellling you something is wrong? donno if this is right or wrong but thats just how i feel

oh and by the way, i dont WANT to know if this is right or wrong either lol
