Best natural remedy

Which natural remedies have people found works best for them, I'm taking heart and blood pressure meds and looking for a natural remedy to help with my anxiety.

i use kalms and dr bach recovery plus there herbal and do work and can be taken with other tablets

I still use my Rescue Remedy now and then plus I use a relaxation CD in the evenings. I combine this with Citalopram and CBT.

Dear Allye
Wish i could try citalopram, it has a very good reputation on here, discussed it with GP but they only prescribe serotonin reuptakers which don't work for me. Do use a hypnosis CD at night which is great x
