Accupuncture

Does anyone know if accupuncture will help with the stiff neck and shoulders. I realize that the most of this will leave with less tension, but the vicious circle seems if some of this would lift and I could exercice more and the pain leaves I would be less anxious.

Please let me know if you feel I would be defeating the purpose.

it might be an expensive way of dealing with something you could probably sort out just by relaxation,but if you tried all those then it might be an option you could take i never have so cant say if it will or wont work though
