Reputation Points

Hi,

I noticed I have 10 reputation points. I can't find where on the site that it explains how many one starts with, whether you lose them for inappropriate behavior or gain them for kudos, whether after losing some if it resets back to the start after behaving for a period of time, or if someone behaves inappropriately whether we can recomend the loss of points, etc.?
