hey people i am new to this site and not really sure what to do i suffer from a phobia of been sick and i have got hypnotised for it, but i still think about being sick all the time and it is taking over my life, i have had it since i was 4 years old and i am now 17.

Dear Nat,
welcome to this site
You will also find other folk on here who have "Emetophobia" but even if they haven't we all have phobias, OCD ,health anxiety etc so we are all reasonably similar in alot of ways because whatever you have be it agoraphobia, social, flying, it causes huge amounts of stress mentally and physically.
